Why LA Owners Switch to Us
Most owners don't look for a new manager because things are going well. Here's what we fix.
Slow communication
One Point of Contact
You get a direct line to the people running your building, not a ticket queue. Requests are answered within one business day.
Mispriced rents
Rents Priced From Local Comps
We price units from real rents in your submarket, so you don't sit vacant from overpricing or quietly lose income from underpricing.
Slow repairs
Our Own Licensed Crew
Repairs and unit turns are handled by our in-house licensed contractor (CSLB #1118090), with before-and-after photos on every job.
Problem tenants
Thorough, Consistent Screening
Credit, income, rental history, and references checked the same way for every applicant, in line with fair-housing and source-of-income rules.

Residential multifamily, from duplexes and fourplexes to mid-size apartment buildings, across Los Angeles County.
Do you handle repairs yourselves?
Yes. We're a licensed general contractor (CSLB #1118090), so most maintenance is done by our own crew and backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty.
Can you take over a building that's already occupied?
Yes. We onboard existing tenants, leases, deposits, and rent rolls and start owner reporting from day one.
Do you know LA rent-control rules?
Yes. Rent increases, notices, and habitability are handled with the LA Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO) and California AB 1482 in mind.
I live out of the area. Can you still manage my building?
Absolutely. Many of our owners are out-of-area investors who want a local team on the ground they can trust.
Do you speak Spanish?
